i dont think its a bad price as long as you want 4.10 gears

Would they be able to fit underneath my XJ? Of course their would have to be some fabrication, but is it doable? Front and Rear, with new shocks, leaf springs, (lift for 35's or 37's) drive shafts etc. Would anyone recomend replacing the stock transfer case at the same time?
I've got a 99 XJ sport Auto, Selec trac, I 6.
If so. Recomendations as to who would want to do the work? Who's done it before to XJ's. How much should I budget for?

You would have to change rims to the new pattern, and get TJ/XJ front bracket kit for the front axle.
They would fit no problem, but they are a shade wider then older jeeps. Maybe 4 inches. You can either add a lot of width with that, or run a really deep backspace wheel to save on bearings and balljoints.
Evolution, Lemonade Jays shop, National 4wd, or modern could all handle the work.
The user here called Spot, could do it as well if he is looking for side work.
Any of the above will be charging a hefty sum to do all the work, as it is quite a bit of fab.

Thanks for the info. I did figure it wouldn't be cheap, but I am determined to turn my XJ into a reasonable trail rig in the next couple years.
