So we adopted a dog yesterday. We don't get to bring her home till Tuesday thou she is getting spayed. She is adorable about 1 year old she is a mix between Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever and a lab, red with white tips. Guess what we named her.........CJ LOLOLOLOL. A little close to the baby arrival but what can I say I am crazy :)

Thats awesome. A guy from the Chinook club named their dog Liberty. CJ is a cool name

Very cool name. Let me know if your taking her out to an off leash park some time and I will bring Matty out to play.

Matty the throat chomping, ear tearing, blood spilling retreiver?
hehe, CJ is a lot mellower then Charlie. I doubt matty will try to eat her :D :D

Yes thats the one. Matty likes any dog that follows his rules. Charlie just has a bad attitude and won’t take direction from Matty. Really he has not eaten another dog since.

She was at the Calgary animal services. A stray so no inform at all on her but she seems like she will be a great dog with a little work and alot of love. Sorry we beat you to her I have been checking that site and the humane society almost daily for the last month looking for something :)

We got our pup from the Lethbridge Pound. She is 83lbs of love and we wouldn't trade her for anything. You pup will pay you back every day for rescuing her.
-
Congrats my friends. She'll be sleeping on the beds in no time
I agree, she'll love you forever for rescuing her. My last one did. Too bad I got this one so young... he forgets where he came from sometimes.

Got three of them, one a pound puppy, one rescued from someone forced to move into an apartment, one bought.
All great. :)
