Title: Dead Jeepage
Post by: AV.NINE on December 17, 2007, 09:51:35 PM
Ok so its only happened a few times:

I go to get in my jeep. Sometime I turn the key to the start position and nothing happens. Then all of the sudden all my guages turn off (basically the battery cuts off). So I go out and wiggle the positive terminal. The lights come back on, turn the key.... and nothing. I have to do this like 3 more times, then finally it starts! WTF is going on?? Bad battery? I took the terminal off and cleaned it... still happens.

HELP!

I go out and wiggle the positive terminal.

If you can wiggle it, that's a problem. Don't wiggle, just tighten it, and the black one too.

wiggler!!   :D

Did that..... I found the problem. I replaced the positive battery terminal receiver when I installed my subs. The wire was just loose in it!

Thanks all!
