I just got quoted for 4 30" Goodyear Wranglers and a 2" coil spacer lift
for $1500 on my 93 Grand Cherokee
What does everyone think? Any reccomendations? I dont have the cash right now to spend a whole lot more than that.

i think you should wait until you have $$$ to at least get a 32 or 33" tire.

Doing all that for 30" tires is a big waste.

if you just want some traction, buy some used rubber off the people selling on this site or 4wheeler.ca. $1500 seems high. Rubber should be under $1000 for four with cheapo wheels. spacers shouldn't be $500. even with labour in it seems high. spacers you should be able to do yourself with a spring compressor and wratchet set...
save up for next spring. winter is just around the corner.

my two cents.

I just put a 2" spacer lift on my TJ w/ bump stops for $100
You can get 4 31x10.5 BFG MT's installed at Canuck tire for $800

Basic hand tools and a couple of jacks is all you need to do a spacer lift.

Perhaps you need to shop around a little more.

So maybe what I will do then is just get some used tires untill I can afford to get 33's and maybe a 4" lift. Thanx for the input guys.

that sounds like your best plan Stan. If you are on a buget, just get some used shoes with +50% tread left. It'll let you have some fun and save your wallet for the future lift and new shoes.
