Title: Anyone got Tivo ??

just wondering if Tivo is any good or not...

A buddy  has one. It's just like a PVR but has some very cool software driving it. Say you like a certain actor, the Tivo will find that actor in other shows for you. Or Genre's of show... etc. But basically its a smart PVR.

Tivo is a lot cheaper then the shaw pvr


So it only can use the channels that you got from digital shaw???

No idea. He uses standard def cable.

Go with a Bell HD PVR.
The picture kicks Shaws ash & the PVR is nearly as cool as the TiVo.
