Two things completed this weekend:
#1 Narrowed the front bumper (about 5 inches off each end), notched out access holes to the top bolts, rattle can black 3 layer paint job.
#2 Plus started my sidemarker/highmount turn signal project.
Cut out the gussets on the tubefender, replaced with bent+coped tube, layout of backside of sidemarker into steel gauge plate bracket.
Now all is left to weld in the actual gauge plate bracket, prime it, and hippo it. Plus wiring.
Note, Rhino Liner is a pain to remove. Grinder works, but is messy. Actually heating the plate causes the rubber liner to peel off the steel.
Also, I have templates for the bracket to hold the stock TJ sidemarker light. How you affix them to the jeep is up to you. But the pain of layout of a trapezoidal shape has been completed.

What the f.... Eugene, I must have been out of the loop for too long. When did you get a TJ? Looks good buddy. I can't wait to get mine back from the body shop.

nope..... no tj for me :P... i am still part of the unibody crowd ;D

Sorry Eugene... Hahaha I have no idea why I thought I saw your name up above. Well if it is any consolation, I am the proud parent of both my Rubicon (still... which is undergoing some major changes) and a '91 Grande Cherokee. I still haven't decided on what direction I want to go with the Cherokee.

I would be confused about what direction to go too, if I had a '91 Grand Cherokee...:P

Thanks, it was a lot of work, a lot!
Tcase is in, and works. Driveshafts have been rebuilt and are ready for pickup. Don't have the locker resolved yet. But I'll see what I can do monday when I am under the rig installing the front and rear driveshafts. The current one will end up a trail spare.
Then the dual overhead console and my soft top repair. It's gonna be a busy week.

should use photobucket.com cause linky no worky for me aswell

Never!
The forum mangles my url, it displays arse when it should say the naughty version of arse.
Plus I tiny'ed the urls, maybe it works now.
