Anyways I talked to a guy today about his 3.0 Diesel 2008 grand cherokee. DAAAAAAMN that thing was sexy!!
I have never bin one for bling, but that thing definitly over shone any recent Range Rover Ive seen! All black and chrome. It was really nice.

I've been reading some review on that Diesel Grand. Mileage wasn't anywhere near the sticker posting. Would still be nice. If yer serious about the swap... look for a wrecked sprinter. Same engine as what's in the Grand from what I understand.

I have a Diesel Liberty and love it. I got 20 mpg pulling my trailer with YJ on the back going to Waiparous a couple weeks back.

From what I understand and to clarify the Diesel Grand has the Mercedes 3.0L OM642 V6 also found in Spritner II's and Merc's ML320
