Finally got to use the plasma. Bought new tips for it gave it a tune up and it works great. Tip is a bit big and bulky for tight work but for what I paid I'm happy. There used to be a stock lower control arm mount here. A bit of plasma and a bit of grinding an all gone!!!

Now we are getting serious! New crossmember welded in and front arms installed.

Not bad, arms need to be shortened a bit. The weight of the vehicle is on the tires, this will be the ride height minus whatever a winch bumper drops it. Tires are 36" IROKS.

NICE! Did you get the rear coil conversion to go with it?
-
nope

Wow!!! Looks super beefy... Any more pics showing the whole shot of the ride and leveling? How much triming did you have to do to fit the 36's???
Very nice!

Not bad for a grocery getter, there bud. I thought for sure you was gonna swap you in some of the Samurai axles to push the IROK's...but to each his own.

Nope sorry thats it for pics. There will be more to come though, I haven't done the rear half yet and still have some tweaking to do on the front. No trimming has been done yet either.
