I am have a leak in my ARB pump. It is a large leak and the pump is not building up Any significant air pressure. Has anyone had any experience in rebuilding ARB pumps or in sending them out to be rebuilt? If you check for an air leak with soapy water it shows air leaking from the top of the pump housing? I am thinking of pulling it apart to see if I can find the leak but wanted to know if others have had this happen and if there is a common problem to look for.

Hey Blair... wasn't your pump brand new? If thats the case I'd think just returning it is your best course of action.
If it's a used pump they have schematics and parts lists available on the Arbusa site here (http://www.arbusa.com/alac/alsp/0-00.pdf). The pumps are in section 3 (just click on the red numbers to bring up the doc for that pump).

If you need to Take it apart let me know and I will give you a hand.
Also if it gust leaking at the top of the housing the o ring might be cut so gust changing that could be a easy fix.

Pump was used.
I may find time next weekend to pull it out and take it apart. Thanks for the offer of help. I will look at the parts list and see what I should order for O rings and gasgets. It will depend on how long the parts will take to come in.
Thanks,

Mine has a small leak as well. Runs every 20 minutes or so to build up pressure. Occurs whether lockers are engaged or not. Hasn't become annoying enough yet for me to search out the cause.
