Title: axle swap fitting

I have an 01 sahara and am putting in a 3" sus. lift. I have d30 & d35 axles.
question:
If I got say f&r 44's from a rubi, would the lift fit or would I have to get the 44 axle mounting fabbed to fit?

A different kit is offered '03 & up. I cant remeber when the rubi was introduced.

All the axle bracketry is identical. All TJ rubi 44's will bolt into any TJ with minimal driveshaft and ujoint modding/adapting.

The difference in lifts in 03 is due to the change in bolt pattern in the t-case skid. Everything else remained the same.
