Good answer by Morton. Sounds like a sensible guy. Problem is 1) the media and anti-offroad groups blowing issues out of proportion 2) things getting worse with smaller/fewer areas to use but more people in the city 3) people in the city arriving from all over to Calgary and area and thinking it's still Wild West here. They would not behave like this in Ontario or Quebec as someone would kick their arse.
JMHO, still unchanged, of course.

In the Sun article, it says that Morton said the answer is MORE trails. No more unrestricted access, but more designated trails. One can only dream.
