I am looking for people to go wheeling with but I am not really interested in getting cought up in politics. I prefer trails to mud bogging, but won't avoid mud either.

It's a club... or an association... of a bunch of folks who like wheeling... a lot. We like it so much so that we do get caught up in politics at times... to keep the trails and areas we love to wheel open.
The club itself is pretty laid back... you can come out and meet us at our monthly meeting on Wednesday at the Austrian club in the NE. Come out ... have a beer or 2... meet some people and see what you think.

I hate politics too... We try to have less as possible. The Calgary Jeep Association is a familly club that wants to promote responsable wheeling, work to keep our trails that we have now and get sustainable trails back. It's pretty laid back like fug said... we tryc to have as much fun as possible of course ;D.

Hey Gavin, been a time! Still with the Cherokee?
Oh yes. Have no plans to give it up anytime soon. Just got her back into shape after the winter and I am planning on heading out to McLean this saturday. Hopefully Tyler will be coming as well.
Anyone else who would like to hook up, I am planning to be at the store till 10:30. Can't miss me. the only Cherokee with West coast mirrors and "Rubber Boots" across the back wondow.

It's summer solstice, I usually try to spend the whole day outdoors. Some wheelin' will be a good start. I'll be at the McLean store at 09:30.
