Title: noise when starting off

hey gang
new here and new too jeeping
my jeep makes this weird noise when i start off from a standing start
it sounds like the clutch or break pedal is jumping or chattering

hey I just fix the same problem with my Jeep I replaced the clutch about a year ago and the samething started happing to me, my trany was falling away from my engine I just tightened the bolts and she was good to go after that I would suggest lock tight if the back of your motor is oily

guess what, the heep is doing it again the trany is falling away from ym engine and I have the tuffest locktight on and it's still doing it and the clutch is leaking again what can I do to stop this is thier a stronger slave I can get to keep up with the abuse ? and what can I do about the trany falling off ?!?!?

Could also be the ball centering kit on your front driveshaft.  It is likely this if you are getting a rotational squeak that is speed related from about 10-50 km/hr.  After that the road noises take over.  If you suspect this too be your problem, try taking off the diff end of the driveshaft and tie it up really good and go for a drive and see if this fixes your problem.  DO NOT PUT IT IN 4WD WITH THE DRIVESHAFT OFF.
