Ive seen a couple threads on here before on how to resolve the seat belt flapping. I went shopping at canadian tire today and figured it out...
What I bought:
1 - 2 pound fire extinguisher
1 - Big arse flashlight
2 - packets of 2 straps
1 - pack-o-zip ties
1 - Knife (didnt have one handy)
Total: $75
So its all pretty self explanitory by looking at the pics:

Now your thinking, "wow what an idiot, those things will be gone in a matter of minutes"... BUT, I took my knife and "drilled" 2 holes in the straps, then stuck a zip tie through the hole and locked it together. Also I trimmed the straps (they were like 36"s long) and burned the ends with a lighter to prevent fraying.

BAM! no more flapping! Cool mod and only $75!
...and before you ask, yes, if you know how you can take them out but theifs are usually pretty dumb!

good choice with the silver too as the sun
has faded mine badly ...
I really like the innovative ways we come up
with to attach useful gear to our jeeps ...
looks great!

Yea the chrome was $10 more, but still only $39 so i figured it would look pretty sweet. Its a ABC as well, so good for anything.
The fire extinguisher still slides out with a little wiggle, but you just have to remove the plastic strap that comes stock with it. I tested it, like i said and it slides right out with the buckle undone.
