Title: trany problems

hey all, I need some help bad ! my jeeps tranny is making a bird chirping when it is in gear and it get better as you go though the gears and I the clutch is jumpping and chattering I need some help on how to drain the damn thing because I think that's part of my problem I know how it put it in but I don't know what oil weight or where the actual drain plug is or should I just take it to the shop ?
