does anyone know how to set gears  in a cherokee for the front diff i need it done before the offroad 101 as i need my truck to help out  and does any one have a set of 3.55 gears that i could buy off them.  if not i will just go and buy new gears  i just need help putting them   thank you

you probably have the easier option of going to pick and pull, grabbing an front axle for the $86 toss it in and change fluids.  someone will post ... *cough nathan cough*

X2 look for a 4.0 Auto XJ and you should find yourself some 3:55's of find a stick 4 popper and you have generally 4:10's,..

yup a few  auto xjs in at pnp. make shure u get one that has a high pinion, and try and get one from a limited cus the axels seam a bit beefyer.

my 91 limited came with 760 ujoints (the big ones.)

i just need axle with  3.55 in it  because i plued the axle out of my mj that had a locker in it and did not know that it had 3.55 gears  in it  sold the front and the guy i sold it to sold the jeep so now i dont know where it went  i screwed myself but i guess  $86 is not bed thanks for the help hope to see you there at the offroad 101 and thank you in person ill be in a black xywith red and green axles oh and will a pinment arm  off a zj work  to fix my stearing it turns like an 18 wheeler lol

pick n pull wants 189 for an axle i dunno wher ethe 86 came from they said thats always been the price

86 bucks is all i payed for my 8.25...mabey theres been a price change..who knows. ::)
