Title: Put my jeep in the drink and it retired my old throw bearing

Well decided to go to mclean thursday and well the second hole in looked like it could be done....didn't work....had to get towed to the shop....today i removed the trans and transfer case cause it was acting as if the clutch was pressed to the floor.  The throw out bearing had been making some noise for some time and well the extra water just sent it over the edge.  So looks like new clutch/ and new fork as it was wore fairly bad.  Hoping to get that run in soon whereas we only made it about 2 min in and i just had to try that hole....lol

Sorry to hear about it tho, its never a good thing to have something let go on the trail..

ok seriously when r we going to have this clutch party so i know when to get my parts... all weekend party ..cant wait.

sounds like a good time for sure...lol...i have my jeep already at the shop....tranny and t-case on the floor.  Just have to pick up a new clutch fork and assure that my starter is going to come around....pick up some of the special tranny juice and hope to be up and running after this weekend.  thanks for the invite.....maybe i can offer some moral support.

hey i barley made it through the same hole but now my truck has no beans at the lower rpms it's a 95 jeep zj with the 5.2 btw
