Title: The evolution of the sidewalk

The City of Calgary at their finest.

Let's see...
Crew # 1 dug up the temporary sidewalk
Crew # 2 dropped off the forms
Crew # 3 set the forms
Crew # 4 poured the dirt into the forms
Crew # 5 packed down the new dirt
Crew # 6 hasn't arrived yet

This is all for less than 10 feet of sidewalk and no 2 crews worked on the same day

hee hee ,  I see I am not the only one that notices such things ,  no worries
as 'Crew # 8' is going to dig it all up and start over ....

For some reason they each have their specified tasks. They can't just go an "redo the sidewalk", they will do only what their job description includes.

I think it is a stupid waste of our money.
