Fully Cooked, Ready to Eat, 12 Cans per case, 40 to 50 slices per can
Average of 3 pounds of Bacon into each can ? so a case of 12 has 36 pounds of Bacon for a little over $100. WOW

"Between 2-3/4 and 3-1/4 pounds of raw bacon go into each can.
We cook this bacon down for you prior to canning, so you won’t pay for all of the natural shrinkage that occurs whenever you cook bacon. Then we carefully drain all of the fat and liquid off and can it fresh so it will taste as good out of the can as it would right out of the refrigerator. "
Need to order me some of this stuff :)

howl ! , I love bacon ...
maybe not this product but be aware - like we dont have enough to worry about with the
environment, gas prices and now there is also something out there called 'turkey bacon',
tried some on a mcmuffin clone - my first thought was 'this looks like fake bacon' ... and
well ... it was awful ...

I'm good with the way bacon's always been, raw, fatty, and then cooked up crispy delicious, either in a pan, on a grill, even on a stick. I don't need it to come out of a can, or pre-cooked out of a vacuum lock bag.
I don't need more processed food in my diet.
