Title: Vandalism?

So, I live in a cul de sac far away from a main drag.... not that it matters.


Neighbours truck is always parked 1/2 on the sidewalk and/or blocking driveways...

It was dark last night when I was walking, sharpening my favorite buck knife... when I tripped into the tyres, oops
I also somehow lost my balance and my boot ended up on the side of the truck. ( just a little Ding man)

Can accidents be classed as vandalism?

I'm going to jump in here.  Even though I don't know Frenchy well, we know each other from some other sites....my guess is that HappyThe JeepMan is correct.  Not only does humuor get lost sometimes in translation, what different people find funny gets lost on others.

I haven't yet seen Frenchy be downright mean to someone on a forum.
