Off road Toystore / 33 Engineering  seem to be preparing to file bankruptcy yet their website is still in operation and apparently are still taking orders over the net!

Yeah, a bunch of guys have had their payment accepted and then told the items won't ship.

I hope that they paid via credit card and I hope that they can reverse the charges. These situations sometimes get ugly.
