Title: waterproof sound dampener

I pulled the carpet out of my YJ and did my own spray in box liner.  It looks awsome but is noisey...  Like a small cesna plane!  Living in Airdrie and working down south in Calgary, I cant even hear myself think.  Does anyone know of an under body, waterproof sound dampener that might work???
