Title: Is PNP easy on returns?
Post by: Matt4x4 on May 07, 2018, 01:47:28 AM
I bought an alternator from PNP, but it fell and broke a bit of casing off, and dented the pulley plus the diode pack is gone and brush holders gone.
Its just a long ways to go, so I'd like to know before I get instore credit. The cashier markings are there.

Very easy on returns, just tell them it didn't work.  Store credit on returns, no money back.
