Title: When even good tires fail...
Post by: Milan on December 28, 2019, 01:55:05 PM

Not sure if it is all the under-inflated abuse and stretching of the belts that eventually caused this but tire stood up to lot of long road trips and lot of wheeling to eventually fail on the road:

Ay...it is true... These were abused. A lot! and they owe us nothing. We put newer tires on (from Raf)...used but newer. 1974. Should last a couple years hopefully.

Glad to hear he’s ok.
We started out that morning aired down and -19 degrees... hard on any tire.
