The Alberta one just out side Rocky Mountain House. Probably around a 2 hour drive from Calgary. Once the site is back up http://www.jeepjamboreecanada.com/events_alberta.html you can get more details.

The cost is $235 (per adult) I think. For that you get 7 meals, some free stuff like stickers and a T-shirt, maybe a water bottle or something. They also have a draw at the end with some cool prices (ex a set of MTR tires last year (up to 35's).

If you go and are new to wheeling I would check out Jeep 101 on the first day. I did it last year, it was pretty fun.

Does everyone camp or motel it? Or most likely a mixture of both

I camp, it makes the bacon, eggs, pancake, juice, coffee, toast,.... so much better in the morning. ditto that for supper.  The closest campground ((403) 845-6641)  is about $12 per night and really close to base camp. It has no runing water though.

I think RMH is about a 30min drive to base camp, lots of hotel there. Depends how fast you drive of course.  There is also Cow Lake campground which has showers and place to swim, but fills up fast.
