Can anyone tell me what transmission and transfercase would be in this? It has a V8  and a standard transmission. Even a website with some identifying pics and what came factory in this year. Thanks! :D

I was looking at one of these awhile ago, and found a good buyers guide article on JP Magazines website. Told you all the flaws of the model, and what to watch for; like the notorious un galvanized frames that are laden with cracks.

try these words when using their search function: cj buyers guide

or just google it and add JP magazine to the word search.

If it came with a v8 than I think it probably had a T176 in it. Also cj5's were only made till '83 I think.
