Hardtop wiring harness

I want to pick up a '03+ (not sure of the exact year)  TJ hardtop for my '97.  It comes without the hardware and wiring, and after looking around I see different wiring harnesses for connecting the rear wiper and defrost.    :o
What years would a hardtop fit for a 97?
