Car starter problem

Hey folks,

Thought I would try on here before I end up booking it an appointment somewhere.  Have an autostart car starter on my 4runner.  Responds to the remote, but the starter just turns over, but never starts the truck.  It will start if I had just shut it off, but obviously defeats the purpose of having an automatic start.

Any ideas or anyone with some experience?
