heavy idle/ tranny issue
« on: February 19, 2009, 04:30:34 PM »
My jeep (95 yj 2.5l) has developed a heavy idle. by that i mean it kinda sounds like a diesel.
i do have the 19lb injectors and a 62 mm tb.

possibly not enough air for a nice complete burn?
i have bosh platnium 4 spark plugs. i haar they are actually a waste, possible problem?

also my tranny grinds just a tad goig into 5th. fluid is full ( a little pours out when i undo the fill bolt.)
i have red line at the moment. could a friction additive help?
