you can hear boggers long before you see boggers on the street. they are very tough tires. inherent in the design of the tire being a bias ply type. the side traction is not as good because there is no tread to give side traction. they need to be aired down to get full flex.
i dont own a set. but ive seen them in action and had close friends with them. if you plan on using them all the time you will probably dis-like them on the street. off-raod they dig in a straight line very well.
what size? do you have the room to clear them? they are usually wider and the side lugs stick way out.
ok, they are the ultimate bad arse lookin off road tire!

theyll be 33/12.5R15
and i have micky T's claws same size right now the biggest difference is the claws are on TJ sport rimes 15x8 with 1.5 inch wheel spacers
the boggers are going on a 15x10 steel rim with 3.5 back spacing theyll stick out further then the TJ rims so clearence isnt an issues and as for rough rides thats doesnt bother me noise well roll the windows up play that funcking music

biggest question is will they perform like the claws do . . because i am very happy with the claw the reason for getting rid of the claws is     there not mine  :-\ there my brothers

so im looking for something that will be best for my buck at this moment

I've run the 38" Boggers before. I didn't have a trailer, so I drove them on the street. They wore out quickly, but offroad they were awesome. They will outperform the claws for sure in mud.
However, they do require a lot of wheelspin to clean out, and they will suck up a lot of your power.

did you say the boggers are going on 15X15 rims? thats fricken wide man! a 15x10 would be perfect.
you could get a tire grooving iron and cut some grooves in the huge tread blocks to help clean mud out and help with the side traction.

Boggers are a great offroad tire especially if you plan to play in mud or muskeg.  Their side traction is actually better than everybody says.  I have been around a lot of people that run boggers and they swear by them.  Now if you are going to be running a lot of sidehills, yeah they will not be the best.  They are very loud on the street and they sound like a grater coming down the road.  Also, they are a heavy tire and they are a smaller 33.  Since they are a bias ply tire you can run them very low without damaging the sidewall, you just have to be worried about blowing a bead

However, they are definitely better than a claw

I've had a set of 35" Boggers for our Rubi about 5 years now. I have a set of 33" MTR's as street tires, so that covers what I think of Boggers as street tires.Off-road they chew in a straight line better than any other tire (IMHO). They have poor lateral traction, so be prepared to slide off trails. Work pretty well as a rock tire ( Big lugs are usually good on rock). I have one with a slow leak so I often wheel with 0 psi in at least one tire and never blown a bead ( famous last words?) Boggers are heavy. Every part from the pitman arm down has been replaced at least once and brake pads are every 15,000 kms. Jeep spends most of her time on the Boggers now as I trailer and have better road vehicles than the Rubi.      In short, if your looking for a single all around tire, there are better options. As a trail tire, personal preference rules apply. I'm keeping mine, even with thier drawbacks.

If it is trail only jeep, have fun with boggers.
If you street drive it, you are wasting money as those boggers will wear down QUICK!

i would go Toyo MT all the way. 8)
