Well if I was single and didn't have my kids, I would go back to my ,79 Datsun 280ZX.  mmmm  inline 6 fuel injected with turbo.  I miss her  :'(

I would start with a pile of tubing for the chase. A Cat Zoom Boom that will donate the engine – small perkapillar, Transmission – Power-shift with auto in the high speeds and front and rear diff’s – 4 wheel steer, pivot in at the center line, and planetary finals.
Tow rig would be a GMC with a Dirtymax and for day trips and a Global Expedition Vehicle for over nights. http://www.globalxvehicles.com . As a dally driver it would have to be a Icon FJ43.  http://www.icon4x4.com
