The first question to ask yourself is why are you lifting it?
If you want cheap, just start cutting pieces out of hockey pucks and use that for a body lift.
Of course, all that it'll do is let you run bigger tires. Of course, big tires are big money, and we've already established that you don't have a pile of that.
What I'd say is decide what you want your rig to do...then you can decide what to do to your rig.
A spacer lift + a body lift is a cheap way to clear bigger tires. But neither of those lifts will increase your wheel travel, so your ability to keep those tires on the ground won't be great. The body lift also won't get you any more clearance than you already have, as it leaves your frame, drivetrain, and damage prone parts exactly the same distance from the ground.
