Bumper in progress
« on: February 22, 2009, 12:41:28 PM »
Started building a bumper as well. Might take a while but it will be alot tougher than the plastic and styrafoam turd that was on originally
At finish it will have a grill gaurd attached as well.

After its all done and reinforced I was going to see if I could fit a warn 9500ti in or make a cut out with a cover plate. And it will need some D rings as well.

I don't actually have any full pics, but I'll try to take some and get them posted. Its got quite a bit of rake to it right now with the F/R swap. I'm not real impressed with the ProComp so called 3" coils that I put in, and they were the coils for the V8. But I'm not a RE dealer and the PCs were cheap. I might have to add a spacer or buck up and get a better set of coils.

there's a lot more metal required before paint or powder goes on. For the grill guard I'll try to dig  up some 3/16 wall 2" tubing.

I had a little spare time with the rain, so I pulled out the old PA tube tender and a pail of sand and made a couple of bends.

Now to raise the vapour canister a little, then box in the bottom, then copy for the other side
