HELP - Clutch interlock
« on: July 29, 2009, 05:31:39 PM »
Last time I was home, I installed duel batteries w/an isolator in my Jeep, and did the prep work for a snorkel install by moving the vacume canister.
All was fine for two days, then the Jeep wouldn't start. Lots of power but no crank....A quick check online suggested a failed  clutch interlock, so we tried it in 4lo (05-06 way of bypassing it) and viola!!
I had my wife take it to chrysler where they changed the interlock censor and all was fine for about 3 engine starts, now it won't start again . ???
Bypassing interlock still works!!

Is there any way that the vacume lines/canister could be at fault?
Could it be a power issue?

This is frustrating because I'm not home to deal with it.

Should I send it back to Chrysler?

Ideas...
Thanks
