Anyone done one? my motors on its way out and i have access to a couple 350's so been thinkin about doing the swap

dude. just drive it. condsidering you haven't held onto a jeep project longer than a month i think a V8 swap should be the last thing on your mind.  aim for tow hooks and making it wheelable before you decide to drop a motor in that'll destroy those lil' axles and................. yep, keep the jeep parked another couple years......  until you trade it.
you've got a capable rig; minimal work needs to be done to make it very capable. do that........ maybe you should wade into the shallow end of mods instead of doing a cannonball into the deep end, forgetting you can't swim ;)

check advance adapters, they may have mounts and stuff.
