It is Not That Rusty!!!!! :o  Just needs paint, and a transmision and a bumper and gears and..... never mind :'(

I would consider renting one of my garages, I have one extra large double garage for rent. It has 220 wiring and a bench.  I need $500 a month plus damage deposit. There is a back alley and its facing east to the River Park.

That spot is halfway between Clay (Evolution) and us (TankLife/Tubewerx).
So if anyone needed welding/tubework and a back 40 to try their stuff on, we're close by, as is Clay
