Cost of a manual transmission in a 1995 YJ

My co-worker asked me to help him source a manual transmission for his 1995 Jeep YJ.  I personally don't think it's worth the repair but he wants a weekend toy and it's in decent enough shape to keep around. 

The problem is that every gear grinds and he has no 5th gear anymore.  I know these transmissions can be found for cheap, but what will the tranny and install cost roughly?
