Has the excutive or other forum members been in contact with Gunner or Clay from the FWS club ?  It is short notice to get the police escort to the children,s hospital IE no trail only rigs . Believe there is a permit or booking required for use as a group to use bowness park as a staging area.  Looks like the camping weekend has been changed .

Sunday was always the day and it wa a success. Last year was the first time it was on a Saturday. It was like a poker run. My clinic was one of the stops as i work every Saturday and i wanted to be  part of it if i could not participate.
Why can it not return to Sunday ?

I think that in order to get everyone on the same page, this is best left until the meeting on weds. Then we can figure out who is going to figure out what details, and some contacts from other clubs, etc etc...it may be a little late in the game but i think we can put something worthy together...and i cant see why we cant make this a sunday event again. Thanks for everyones enthusiasm, and willingness to participate.
Getting grumpier every day.

Its all upto the person orgainising the event. In the past we had people ask for it to be on a Saturday so as not to conflict with their church going activities. Cann't please everyone all the time....
