With tires, on road... Very little resistance (Compared to pulling on dead weight Jeep with another Jeep)
In the right (or should say wrong) circumstances, they will fail. Keep that in mind when you are staring at the 10Lbs of steel attached to thousands of pounds elastic band of a strap aimed directly at you, pulling out the receiver hitch equipped Jeep in front of you...
