Now I get it.  You wrote "Feb 06", to me that means Feb. 6, I would write Feb. '06 to represent Feb. 2006, it's a matter of punctuation.  You're right there is only one Feb. in this year, is there a need to reference the year? Anyhow, confusion clarified, carry on.

I put in the year in the title because over time your not sure what year the post belongs to.  But you made a good point.  I'll change it.
