When cold, engine is slow to reduce rev's when gas peddle released???

OK, It's not the cable and a return spring doesn't help. I've cleaned the IAC and throttle body. Any other ideas would be appreciated.

Vacuum leak somewhere

yep can of intake cleaner and when it hesitates start looking in that area...  really sounds like a vacum leak

Hi Heep a Lot. Thanks for the advice. Can you explain a little more on what you mean to find the vacuum leak? Sorry I don't understand the process.

basically u start the vechile take a can of intake cleaner or soemthign that will bog down the motor spray all vacum hose connections , lower intake manifold, anywhere untill u get a reaction from the engine then constentrate on that area for abit untill u find the leak most likely a bad rubber hose some where
