Over the last few year several women in our family have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Most recently, my sister in law who has just completed her last chemo treatment. It's because of this that my wife has decided to undertake the challenge of participating in the Weekend to End Breast Cancer which entails a 60km walk.
Part of the requirements of entry is that she must raise at least $2000. She has decided to put on an evening of live music and a silent auction. It's going to be a really great event and it promises to be very entertaining. Drinks and refreshments will be served as well. Tickets are only $12 and the proceeds go to a really great cause.
