Thanks for all the responses.  I'm going to try and reset the computer, see what happens.  Couple more questions then I guess (could be a new thread, but sort of relates to this)...

Anyone have any suggestions (or recommendations on a shop) for how to get the snapped bolt out of the head?  I'm thinking I'll put a header on, but still going to need that bolt out.

After the bolt is out and I put a header on, I noticed I have two O2 sensors - one before the cat, and one right after.  I guess I could replace both of them and the cat, but is there a way I can get rid of one of the O2 sensors, and cut out the cat?  I think a friend put a "cheater chip" in his truck, which allowed him to do this?  Any suggestions on what the best way is to do this?

One other thing, sorry - I've replaced plugs, wires, cap and rotor, and it does have a K&N air filer (which is clean)

Thanks again.

Could try to drill it out with a reverse bit or weld a nut on it and turn it out that way. I've had the best luck with option #2.
