Samsung rugby LTE

Is any one using one of these phones. Would you recommend it?  I was thinking of upgrading from a dumb phone to one of these, but I am rough on phones. Any other suggestions. Thanks for the input

I don't know what you are using it for. I have an Iphone 4 about 2.5 years old.  I bought the otterbox defender for it and it has fallen out of  my pocket from approx 3 stories (32 foot ladder fully extended) onto cement and when I take it out of the case it looks BRAND new, not a scratch on it.  Now there is  a "Lifeproof" case for it which is waterproof (never tested it though).  Because it survived that fall once, I now leave my phone in the van when I go up the line. 
That was 4 months after I got the phone.  I remember looking at it from the line and my heart was crushed.  When I got down and found it unscathed, I instantly thought GIFT from upper beings and "lesson learned"
