Jeep TJ Part out questions

My 4.0 cratered last month and I decided its time to stick a fork in the old girl. I'm considering parting it out and just wondering if anyone could offer some advice on pricing. Also, if someone has done one themselves how much total they got out of it, maybe a gauge of how long they sat on parts.

I couldn't find a part out price guideline anywhere so I started one for myself.

It's got the major components and ones that have recently be repaired. I would be willing to share a google docs link if someone would be willing to provide some feedback. Just want to see if I am in the ball park.

Jeep Details:
2002 Jeep TJ Sport, was at 355k kms, NV3550 (just replaced bearings input shaft, new fluid shifts great), NP231, 3.07 axles. 4wd rarely used, mostly highway miles.
Body is in decent shape, does have some decent rust forming under the doors and above the tail pipe.
