The legislative process for Public Lands Amendment Act, 2021 has completed and Bill 64 passed Royal Assent on May 27, 2021. Public Lands Amendment Act, 2021 will come into force as of May 27, 2021. The transcripts are not complete on the website (https://www.assembly.ab.ca/assembly-business/bills/bill?billinfoid=11912&from=bills) but will most likely be uploaded shortly.
