Trails for Tomorrow (T4T) Annual General Meeting

Trails 4 Tomorrow (T4T) is excited to announce that our AGM will be held on Tuesday, March 14 at 7:00pm and we need YOUR involvement!


We have worked hard to foster relationships with external stakeholders (such as Alberta Environment and Parks) and 4 wheel drive clubs/groups and we need help to continue to grow those relationships. There are exciting events, trail projects, and other exciting opportunities in 2023 and beyond.


Please note that a few of our current board members are looking to stay on so they will be available for support to our new board members! This is a list of roles we are looking to fill and their responsibilities (voted yearly):President - Set goals, keep Society focused on priorities. Vice President - Master 5E trail plannerSecretary - Official record keeperTreasurer - Keep track of the money, file taxesFund Raising - Grants, raise moneyExternal Relations – Building relationships with non-governmental organizations and non-motorized clubs Social Media - Public relations, marketing and communicationsTech Coordinator - Website and tech supportProject Manager - Project planning and executionVolunteer Coordinator - Heath, Safety & Environment policies, communicating and organizing volunteersTrail Manager - Coordinate with and support Trail RepsTrail Reps (4 roles - North, North Central, South Central, and South) - Know the clubs, the trails, the locals, the local issues, the local officials **Nominations for the first 4 positions are requested prior to the AGM to allow us to prepare for the meeting.

The AGM will be held over Google Meet to allow all Albertan’s to attend and participate. We are unable to accommodate late joiners after the meeting has started.
