strengthen the NP231...

what are the upgrades for this t/case? i know of a wider chain, and ive only heard of low range planetary sets with more planets... but where do i find them?

they (and others) also have 4:1 kits for 231 like teraflex etc ...  with 4.10s I am ok with 33's - if I wanted more gear I would do this before redo'ing axels ...

I believe there are some variations of the 231 in chevy 1/2tons with wider chain that use 6 planetary gears instead of 3 that can be adapted to jeeps ...
