92 XJ steering issues
« on: October 23, 2007, 04:14:01 PM »
I think I've narrowed it down to the pitman arm needing to be dropped for my XJ. I've heard of people getting a 1" drop pitman arm from a 99 or newer WJ but I'm curious if that's the stock pitman arm and it's 1" lower than a stock XJ arm, or is it actually 1" lower than a stock WJ arm. Not sure if that makes any sense.

Basically, where would I buy that part and what would I ask for. Thanks

A stock ZJ arm will be 1" more thn your XJ arm.

A stock XJ arm is 2" more than a stock TJ/YJ arm.

Don't know about a WJ arm.
