gusseting d35 housing.

I was told you can gusset(?) the housing of a dana 35 to make it stronger. Anyone here know how to do that and what it entails?

3 peices of 2" square tube. 3/16's-1/4"

Angle cut them, and bridge from one tube to the other.

Weld everyhting together.

Unload weight off the axle, and weld to the axle tubes in short stiches, giving them time to cool. That will avoid tube warpage.
